Prime Rate -3% APR* if transaction is completed by November 30, 2006

Prime Rate - 2% APR* if transaction is completed by January 7, 2007

Terms:

- Payment in full due December, 2007

- $1000.00 minimum initial purchase

- No returns of products placed on Farm Plan

- Must be a preferred Farm Plan customer, applications are available

- Customer is not eligible for cash discounts when using Farm Plan

* At no time shall customer finance rate (interest rate) be less than 0% APR.  Variable interest rates are based on Citibank Prime.
